Cancellations requested prior to September 30, 2026 will be refunded all amounts paid less initial deposits ($500 for shared rooms and $250 for private rooms). Deposits are fully transferable toward a future OUTSIDEIN event or accomodations at Selva Armonia Immersive Retreat Center.

Cancellations requested after September 30, 2026 forfeit all amounts paid, and are non refundable.

Trip insurance is highly advised to protect your investment, through a reputable provider such as WorldTrips.

Your deposit is non-refundable, but fully transferable toward a future OUTSIDEIN event or stay at Selva Armonia Immersive Retreat Center until September 30, 2026.

Airfare to and from SJO airport in San Jose, Costa Rica is not included.

Packages are all-inclusive otherwise, including all accommodations, daily meals, activities and transportation to and from SJO airport.
