Guided Pranayama Breathwork
Breath is one of the few things that accompany us through every moment of our lives — and yet most of us have never truly learned to work with it. Pranayama is an ancient yogic breathing practice with roots going back thousands of years, and it remains one of the most powerful gateways to healing, emotional release and personal transformation available to us.
On a practical level, breathwork is one of the most direct ways to regulate the nervous system, shifting the body out of stress and into a calmer, clearer state.
In a guided session, the breath invites us inward, gently dissolving the layers of tension, conditioning and mental noise that keep us from hearing our own deeper knowing or intuition. What opens up is different for everyone, but it tends to feel like remembering something you never quite forgot.
People arrive at breathwork for all kinds of reasons: stress, grief, burnout, loss or just a quiet sense that something is missing in their lives. What they often find is an abundant reserve of clarity, healing and vitality that was always there, waiting to be discovered.
This practice doesn't ask you to adopt a belief or a philosophy. It only asks you to breathe, and be open to what becomes possible when you do.

You might be drawn to breathwork if you are:
Navigating a period of stress, anxiety or emotional heaviness
Feeling stuck, disconnected or unclear about your direction
Recovering from burnout or a major life transition
Seeking a deeper connection to yourself and your own inner guidance
Simply curious about what lies beyond the thinking mind

The style of breathwork we work with is known as circular (or connected) breathing, where the breath moves in a circular pattern in and out of the body.
Sessions are offered one-on-one and in small groups, in person and online. Each session is gently guided, held in a safe and supportive container, and tailored to where you are.
No experience with meditation or breathwork is necessary –only a willingness to show up and breathe.
